According to MTV, BET, CMT, and Viacom, I'm still young. They recently sponsored an event called "A Conversation with President Obama." During the hour long session, the president discussed policy with 225 19 - 29 year-olds. It appears as though freedom of speech has prevailed in a recent appeal. In March 2006, several broadcasters filed suit against the FCC's unscripted expletive rule. Under this rule, the FCC could fine broadcasters for expletives or other so-called indecent acts taking place extemporaneously and beyond the control of the broadcasters. A Mississippi school board has decided to cancel prom rather than to allow an openly lesbian student to attend with her date or to wear a tuxedo. They made this decision after being pressured by the ACLU.

The mind boggles.
